I am a practitioner of Clinical Hypnotherapy, Brief Solution Focused Psychotherapy specialising in alleviating anxiety, symptoms of post traumatic stress and depression. I am registered with the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council and the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. and hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Givens Psychotherapy.

I also work with individuals and groups as a mentor, trainer and group facilitator, supporting people who are going through difficult times or experiencing a considerable sense of disempowerment.

In 2010 I founded the community well-being project PLOT 22. This therapeutic garden and growing project arose out of my belief that Nature is healing for us all and my desire to spend more time learning about and sharing an experience of this with others. PLOT 22 provides a beautiful oasis in the city for activities and gatherings that support individual, community and environmental health and happiness. As the project develops we are creating a special connection between people and the land.
